THE PROBLEM

Manusia gak main
on-grid perfect.

Real drummer punya micro-timing offset ±5-15ms. Real pianist punya velocity variation 10-20 point. MIDI grid? 0ms offset, velocity flat.

Solusinya: intentional imperfection.

Randomize velocity
±10-15 points

Select semua note → randomize velocity dengan range 10-15. Tapi JANGAN random semua — downbeats tetep strong (120+), off-beats bisa softer. Goal: dynamics yang natural.

Slight timing offset
5-10ms (not all notes)

Select hi-hats & off-beat notes → nudge ±5ms random. Kick & snare TETEP on-grid (ini anchor groove). Effect: groove terasa 'swing' natural tanpa destroy timing.

Add ghost notes
(low velocity)

Drummer real gak cuma hit downbeat. Add ghost notes (velocity 20-40) di antara main hits. Contoh: snare pattern 1 & 3 = full (110), 2 & 4 = ghost (30). Ini yang bikin groove breathe.

Vary note length
(piano/synth)

Piano chord lo gak harus release exact same time. Select notes → vary length ±10-30ms. Real player gak lift finger perfect synchronized. Result: chord terasa organic, bukan MIDI paste.
